The Minardi F1 Team was an Italian motorsport team founded by Giancarlo Minardi that competed in Formula 1 from 1985 to 2005. Although it garnered many fans worldwide, it was always a small team with modest results. In 2006, Red Bull purchased the team, and it was renamed Scuderia Toro Rosso.
